External eSata RAID enclosure recommendation?

Hi folks,

I'm looking to replace my aging media center and I would like to move the storage to an external enclosure and have a small mini-itx box connected via eSata.

I don't particularly need a NAS or tons of options, but I would need an enclosure that has RAID5 and allows expansion. The latter seems to be the problem with most of these.

Noise is also an issue since this will be used in the same room as the HTPC, so I would like to avoid enclosures with tiny whiny fans.

Do you have any recommendations? 4-bay SATA is perfectly fine for my needs.
