External Enclosures

I'm looking for an external enclosure that has USB and Firewire. Anyone have any suggestions of brand? Or suggestions of a place to look/buy?

I've been looking around on newegg, and it doesn't look like I'll be getting one for less than $50 (that's about what I paid for the hard drive )

Question: What are the 2.5" cases for? Laptop hard drives? There's no way to fit a normal sized hard drive in one of those is there?

the 2.5's are for laptop drives yes. They are portable.

not without compromising its functionality



and there are now enterprise HDDs that are 2.5" form factor
though Im not sure if they would fit the enclosure, they are SCSI anyway
