When I got up this morning, and plugged in my External Drive (USB 2.0) I noticed that, Hey nothing is working. And sure enough it did not turn on. I unscrewed everything to see if something got unplugged. Nothing. Any suggestions as to what to check???

Pop the drive out of the enclosure, and install it in a regular internal desktop drive manner (it should just be a regular PATA/IDE drive). If the drive works fine in a desktop, then start investigating the power supply and circuit board of the enclosure. More than likely, it is cheaper to simply replace the enclosure rather than repair it.
