Unfortunately I do not have much time to tinker due to work

I've got the Nautilus as well and it's so easy to setup and it's only $150, took me under 30 minutes to put on my cpu. I later added my 8800GTX to the loop with a swiftech MCW60 and it was still pretty easy, but took a bit longer than I thought. Most of the time was for cleaning and putting the heatsinks on the 8800 though.

what does everyone use for cleaning heatsinks/cpu's of thermalt grease?

I use 91% isopropyl alcohol and "Oops" from wal-mart, and lots of cotton swabs.

I use any alcohol 50% or 70% or 90%, and let it dry for few minutes.

No.

Technically you could, but it leaves behind a residue that needs cleaning with... well... Alcohol.

Might as well skip the gas step alltogether
