My neighbour had a computer given to him by some friends. He wants me to set it up for him and format it and stuff, but before I do, he said his friends (who gave him the computer) want their emails and address book from outlook express on a burnt CD. What is the best way for me to do this? I've never exported emails from outlook before.

To do the address book, go to file, export, address book and select text file (comma separated values). To do the messages, go to tools, options, maintenance and click the 'store folder' button. Copy the address, go to start, run and paste it and hit enter. That will bring up a folder with the messages. By the way, you might want to back up the account too. Go to tools, accounts, and select the account and hit export.
