Explorer.exe taking up loads of memory!

Friend of mines windows XP machine recently started slowing down and he noticed that Explorer.exe is taking up tons of memory. Like 80-110+ MB! And you can see the amount of memory its using change live it keeps changing.

Pretty sure only thing he installed in last few days is the Java VM.


Anyone have any ideas???

Right Click on drive C and select "format". don't really do that
