Explorer.exe running at 100% all the time

After I caught a malware call mrofinu922.exe and 17pholmes.exe, my explorer.exe starts going whack and slow downs too, but it happens randomly on start up, sometimes it won't go whack, I have norton but it didn't do jack, any suggestions?
 
Slowly step back, sounds like a hack, maybe you should get a mac?
 
I hate to ask, but are you sure you removed the malware? You may have to scan with multiple programs to root it out.
 
This is what i do and works all the time

  • Disable System Restore
  • Install and update SUPERAntispyware
  • Restart computer into SafeMode and scan full, if it finds anything, mark for deletion
  • profit?
