696 mhz pentium 3 with tnt2 and 128 mbs of ram here
everytime I try to delete something off of my desktop or startbar, my mouse switches to the 'waiting' mouse and nothing happens, i cant click on anything anymore. If i cntl alt del, i see drwtsn32.exe under processes. if i end this process then explorer shuts off and restarts.I have basically every non-required service set to disabled.
any help is appriciated
