Explorer Crash triggers DrWatson Postmortem Debugger error?

I've done my research, and from what I gather...when Exploerer crashes and has that error, its supposedly a virus.


I've done an online virus scan at Trend Micro, and scanned my system with Norton Anti_Virus, and have come up with nothing.



I just wanna make sure that this is nothing, and that I'm alright.


Or if I should take more extreme measures?
