does anyone have any experience with this case? Would you recommend it for a non-server system? I realize its heavy but that doesn't really mean anything to me and for the price it looks like a pretty good deal. Thanks.

i have it, but am incredibly unhappy. The thing has 8 80mm slots for fans, I'd rather just have some 120mm's in the front and back. My idea would be go for aluminum... this one is steel i believe.

I have a generic version of it that works just fine. The only thing I don't really like about it the reset switch. If the system hangs and I have to reboot it I usually have to use a pen cap. Also I think I paid $55 for mine, so search around.

great case. I have 3 of them. dont let anyone tell you different.....do shop around on the price though. You should be able to get one shipped to your door for 60 bucks or so.

I have one, its a good case. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is a bit noisy with the stock fans. It is very spacious and incredibly easy to work on.

If you check things out, you'll find out that. That case is probably one of the mos generic cases on the market for the Low-mid-level enthusist. I would check out http://www.directron.com befor you buy it. They have that case design in alot of colors, full-tower versons and as many fan holes as you could want. Want a window they have a few sizes to choise from. I used to have the fulltower verson of that case. I loved it. But I love my C3 better.

I just bought this case a week or so ago and it is an excellent case. Great build qaulity and design. Lots of room to work with, my only complaint were the stock antec fans which i promptly replaced with my Vantec 80MM stealth fans.

would not reccomend that case. my friend has 5 computers in his room. 3 of them where the antec case. they all crapped out after 6 months. the door is not sturdy. on 2 the door fell off after a lot of use. they side of the case on the other 3rd case when he was taking it off bent very easy. for about 50 bucks more you could get the thermaltake xaser III super tower http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-133-106&depa=0 the door is metal and the case is VERY sturdy. i have one my self and he went out and bought 3 of them. i would strongly reccomend the thermaltake xaser III super tower

Actually I'd recommend the Antec SLK3700BQE instead. It's cheaper, not quite as big (you said it was for a non-server app), and extremely quiet. It comes with 1 / 120mm low speed fan and a 350 watt Antec PS. It has an additional opening for a 2nd 120mm fan in the bottom fron of the case, but you have to buy a fan. I bought mine for a Smoothwall firewall system and was very pleased with the low noise level. Silent PC Review liked it, I bought mine and would buy a second in a heatbeat if I needed one. If you wanted super quieting there's a AcoustiPak for it.
