I bought a seasonic SS-600HT 600 watt supply a year ago. it got broken on wednesday 24may2006, i called tech support and without any troubleshooting over the phone they asked for model number and serial number. on the same day they sent a new one to me. they didn't even asked for the old one to be shipped at the same time they sent the new one. all they asked was send the old one back w/in 30days after receiving my new one.

SEASONIC just got a customer for life.

GO SEASONIC!!!

if anyone wants to RMA to SEASONIC ask for Kevin Han. GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. resolves issue w/in the hour.

Great to hear, especially having seen the bad service some other companies give *COUGH*Enermax*COUGH*

Good to know! Hopefully my S12 wont die, but it's always good to hear good things about companys like this.

Thanks for the thread and letting us know. All I seem to hear nowadays is how bad support of products are. Not how good they are!

awesome

I have a seasonic now, need to upgrade, i'll buy one for sure again you having said that

I had my S-12 600 die or start to die just a Month ago and I talked to Kevin too, i sent it in and had it back in 4 working days from the day i sent it off. They do stand by the PSUs :D Very Painless RMA.

I lost one of my adapter plates for a uatx supply. I sent an email to Seasonic, and with in few days they mailed me *two* plates!

It's very much worth the small price premium for such outstanding service.

Best RMA.....for me at least

1. Crucial (no questions asked)
2. Microsoft (hardware ONLY...especially the mouse)
3. Seasonic

The Microsoft Intellimouse Optical I have now....is the result of the 3rd RMA from the original Intellimouse from almost 8 years ago. Everytime its died, I've just kept asking for a replacement, and twice they've upgraded to the version.

great to hear this..I need a new ps...how long is the 600...I need to fit it in a p180

RyanVM You are correct...I have posted about the TERRIBLE service from that
2 bit company before and will never buy anything from them again..hope we can convince
others to do the same ...they suck BIG time

It fits if you remove the bottom fan. I just did an install last night into my a p180 and the only way to get it to fit was by removing the bottom fan. Its also a real pain to fit in there... I should have bought another stacker, mutter!

/me sighs as he is dealing with Enermax now. Atleast they agreed to cross ship. They need to see if the power supply is broken. Obviously that wonderful smell of roast PSU wasn't that obvious to them. :p They also tried to blame the game I was playing.
