Anyone have any experience with ATi RMA's? i have heard many RMA horror stories about various companies (asus comes to mind) so i wanted to kno if anyone has had an RMA done by ATi and how it went?

they say allow up to10 business days to repair and then it will be shipped back, and im coming up on 10 business days during the upcoming week, so should i expect it back say the first monday of july? or are they generall not so speedy and expect it back in october? only reason im worried is because the only piece my computer needs to run is the 9700 pro i sent to get fixed, and being without a decent computer is driving me nuts.

ATI:s RMA reputation is second to none really from what I have heard about it.

But it´s always wise to have a spare video card. I am myself been limited by a broken 9700 PRO that works fine in 2D but you can´t game with it. Got a 9800 PRO and that was broken when I got it and it has been in and out of RMA:s twice now. So I really see your annoyance.

But from what I have heard they are good. I hope so since I am awaiting one myself (X800XT BBA)
