In regards to the new 5870 coming out tomorrow:

Kyle said something like, "Just wait 12 more hours," at around noon today. Does [H]ard usually release reviews right when the NDA is up? Right at midnight.

Your thoughts?

Less Expensive in purchase $ and on electricity than a GTX295 and in almost all cases faster :) Eyinfinity to Boot. Thx for the review graphic pics FORNOWAGAIN
 
Damn hate the fact that it is really only 10 fps faster than the single core nvidia 285 compared to single core 5870.

But crossfire and dual core speeds are sweet.
 
I like the power management also as I tend to leave my pc on. I'm sure Nvidia will have something similar (in power mgmt) regardless of how much slower, equal or faster it is.
 
Wow it's about equal to the GTX295, but $100 cheaper and WAY less power consumption. I can't wait!
 
Might be cheaper now compared to the GTX295, but that will drop as soon as it hits the shelves
 
Yes, do a search on eBay or the classified and you'll find them going for 90-110. And the 5870s are at least $380. So Yes, now go troll someone else.
