Expanding a partition in W7

Have a SSD with three partitions.

C:
E:
F:

C has the OS and Electronic Record software
E has critical software for another device
F is open space

The C drive is "full" and interfering with E drive software function.

I can shrink E but the free space is not "adjacent" to C so I cant simply use it to expand C using the windows 7
disk software.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I'm stuck.

Use some free partition software that will let you move and resize partitions.

And make a backup first (if you don't already), just in case.
