Exchange/Outlook, a way to remove e-mail signatures for internal email?

Running, Exchange 2000 & Outlook XP

We have a company signature we use in all of our e-mails thats currently setup in each outlook client. Name, phone extension, company logo, etc...

Is there a way to set it up so any internal e-mails remove this signature? So if bob from accounting sends dave in engineering an e-mail it won't have the signature. But if bob sends his wife at home an e-mail, it will have the signature.
 
to tell you the truth i have never really thought about anything like that, here at the place i work at we just suffer through the sig line.

Ill play around with the settings, see what i come up with.
 
might of found a solution, if I leave the client signature with just name/extension (only unique part) I can remove the rest and put in a "disclaimer" vb script for outgoing mail.

Maybe, its time to head over to the programming forum as I don't know how to insert a image instead of just text to that script.
