Exchange: Limiting who can email a distribution group by domain

On an Exchange 2003 setup anyone know how to limit, by domain, who can email a given distribution group?

Example:

Account on my end is [email protected]. I only want to allow anyone at company1.com and company2.com to be able to email [email protected].
