exchange and 2k3. why am i still getting mail??

i have a 2003 server and run exchange 2003 for smtp email. I was getting alot of spam on one address so i deleted that email address under users and computers for my account. so [email protected] does not exist anymore.

But yet i am still getting email to this address. How do I remove this email completely? I would like to keep @domain.com. i just want to delete [email protected].

nevermind, i had auto update policy etc etc checked when i deleted the email address so once i clicked ok, it never actually deleted it.

does the user matt still work there?

wouldn't it make sense to block the spam instead of doing temporary fixes like that?

have you looked into postini?
