I have an interesting problem with my exchange 2010 room calendars. People would like to edit the calendars directly by using the calendar view in outlook, not sending an invite to the calendar and it auto accept.
I have found that this is possible without an annoying little popup saying you dont have the rights to edit free/busy information by giving the people who want to edit it full control over the mailbox, but in the interest of security/usability I rather not give them full control, as it also give them a nice little mailbox folder in their outlook.
My question is:
What permissions are required to find out what do what i need to do without giving full control to whole mailbox.
