Hey guys,
Question for you all. I have a client in the medical field that has a 2011 SBS with Exchange 2010. They used to use Google Apps and just had the new server installed (by me). Everything has been flawless with the transition with the exception of one thing - the doctors have an on call calendar that the office administrator modifies as necessary. They just need to be able to see when changes have been made. They all have iOS devices and as we all know it can't to shared calendars with ActiveSync. What is the best way to administer this?
I think the best option is going to be to create another Exchange mailbox and grant all of those users permissions to the box. Then add that mailbox to their iPhones and add the calendar to their listing. Does this seem like an OK way to do it? Thanks.
