Hello,
I have an issue.
This is what happened.
Usually when we get a new computer and just log on there, and setup exchange through outlook it pulls all the emails from the server.

But one account doesn't do that. All the emails are on the old computer, but won't transfer over to the new one.

Another account, once outlook is open, the emails appear for about 10 seconds then disappear!

What is going on? How can I fix this?

Please help me!

Thank you.

Disconnect the network cable from that machine and login, then start Outlook.

Still see the mail?

If so, look in Outlook options (Tools - Options - Mail Setup - Data Files) and see if there is a local PST file that is storing that mail.

Once that is figured out reconnect to the live mailbox and import that PST file.

EDIT: Also check the "View" settings.
Sometimes knucklehead users tinker with that and end up filtering mail from their view.
It's there, but they can't see it.
