I have a user who is having issues with a specific outside of the organization contact.
This user can send/receive emails no problem, internally or externally, save from this contact.
If the contact responds to an email she sent, she gets it fine. If he creates a new message, she does not get it (nor does he get a bounce back).
I checked in Message Tracking, and the messages that he sends do indeed get to my exchange box, but they do not progress passed "Message Sumitted to Categorizer"
What else can I check?
I am running Exchange 2003 Standard on a Windows 2003 SBS Box.
