Excessive V-Droop?

Good power circuitry does not mean no droop. Droop exists to prevent the CPU from being overvolted during transitions between load states. Your motherboard also probably has a setting to reduce droop.
 
LLC exists so people who are overclocking and need the extra voltage for stability reasons can take the risk anyway.
 
My gigabyte board has a lot of vdroop also and sadly, no LLC option in the bios.
