I finally received my BFG EX-1200 and its up and running. The voltage its showing in the bios is concerning me.
+3.3: 3.12v
+5: 4.79v
+12: fluctuating between 11.83-11.89v

Are these numbers and that much fluctuation ok?

Don't trust BIOS/software based voltage readings. Your best bet is to use a Digital Multimeter to get accurate readings.

Agreed.

For the record, the ATX spec calls for voltages within %5 for the +12V, +5V, +3.3V, and +5VSB rails, which translates to 11.4-12.6V for the +12V, 4.75-5.25V for the +5V and +5VSB, and 3.14-3.47V for the +3.3V. If/when you check with a digital multimeter, see if your voltages are within those ranges.

Thanks for the input guys. I pulled out my trusty multimeter and got these readings:

+3.3: 3.24v
+5: 4.93v
+12 : 11.97v

Those are well within spec according to the chart if I'm reading it right. According to my cyberpower ups, I'm pulling about 620watts under full load (q6600b3, 8800gts x 2, mcp355 pump, 6-120mm, 2- 80mm fans, and 7 cold cathode tubes. One thing to note, my Corsair HX620 was running all that. That just tells you how good of a PSU it is, and I can tell you the thing was very warm all the time. With the BFG unit, the exhaust temp is barely warm at all and you can hardly tell the exhaust from ambient. Top top it off, I registered it today, emailed my invoice from newegg and had my lifetime warranty registration approved in less than 5 minutes! If these guys had the advanced rma purchasable ear option like evga, I would feel right at home! Thanks again for all your suggestions!
