my old 7900 gt was starting to have artifacts. I used the lifetime warranty and today i received an 8800gts 320 from the RMA.

anyone else ever get an upgrade RMA before, or am i special :D
 
Alas, you are not special.

If a card is EOL, the company will generally send you a card of equal value in the most recent generation......or equal function.

You got a pretty good RMA swap.:D
 
Lol...My EVGA 7900GT was dying with artifacts and it arrived to them today. They also told me I was getting a 8800GTS 320mb back.
