We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

So because of the holidays I totally spaced on sending in my card and come tomorrow I will have missed the 2 week window to send it in. Does anyone know if they would possibly extend it for me?
evga mod?

... This posts confuddels me..
Have you registered for Stepup??
Or you've already registered and forgot to send it in within a 15 day timeframe??
Or have you registered and in a queue?

Best bet is to email them

The two weeks might be postmarked by the end of two weeks. Read it slowly.

I believe that as long as it hasnt expired you can get a 14 day extension. If you can contact EVGA via the Phone(immediate resolution), then you should be able to get the extension that moment. If not, you may have been requeued or lost your spot entirely in the stepup queue. Just call and ask, while emails are fast, phones are faster and our Tech support is on 24/7 and is always able to help you with any issue you may have.

Thanks,
RH.;)

Edit:
If you guys have any questions please feel free to Call in or Pm me. I usually respond to PMs within hours of getting them if you are having issues with your RMA or Stepup that has not been resolved. I am here to help

I've gotten a 2 week extension on my evga stepup by requesting via email. Smart thing to do is make sure you get a name and permission of someone who has the authority to give you the extension. That way you can use it as reference to avoid any problems. It isnt anything formal but they are pretty good at handling that sort of thing.

Thanks guys, sent them an email earlier today and awaiting reply. I would have called but I lost my damn Q at a bar the other night.
