Kind of interesting how this is turning out. So I bought a used 570, it blew on me. I got a guest RMA approved, but lo and behold, the serial number on the box didn't match the serial number on the card, or something of the sort. I should've checked when I sent in the RMA but I didn't, that was my fault. Got it sent in, it was rejected at the depot.

I call them up, the manager approves a new out of warranty RMA for the card, I'm happy. However, I guess they didn't actually check for the new RMA because they sent the busted card back on the old RMA, and now I have to send it back to them just to get it fixed.

I guess I can't complain too much since it was my fault for not checking the serial number, but doesn't anyone check these things before they send them out of the depot?
