Since first dealing with eVGA I've had a few good, and many very bad experiences that always seemed to have a concerned person willing to help me and fix the issue--even if this person was flat out lying to me about what he would do to fix the issue.

I've been experiencing problems from eVGA's incompetent RMA team for months and have decided to do something. I know there are many others out there with very similar issues with eVGA and hope that they can find this post and contribute:

In my experience it seems to be the case that:
eVGA’s RMA department does not test hardware before they send it out.
The RMA department at eVGA is sending out obviously defective hardware.
At eVGA, the representatives you speak with on the phone are very dishonest and grossly incompetent individuals.

Fulgene M. at eVGA spams your inbox with threats of charging your account hundreds of dollars regarding a missing item that had been in their possession for over a month. Needless to say he ignored all correspondence intended on clearing up the issue (i.e. written notifications, shipping numbers, and shipping dates were ignored). I had to call customer service and get them to contact his supervisor so that he would actually read the many emails I sent with the tracking number and delivery date.

Jacob K. at eVGA fraudulently tries to charge people for mysteriously bent pins.
If it is according to policy that you say shipping must have damaged a card when it arrives at my house defective, then why do you assume customers damaged the hardware when you receive it and they say they did not send it damaged? Easier to not have to fill out a shipping damage claims form I’d imagine.

Mike F. (extension 151) I don’t imagine Andrew Han would like you impersonating him on the phone! Leo, or Leonardo R (extension 117), telling customers that Mike F. is the president and CEO of eVGA is not very honest of you.

I wish I could list the names and specific offences of all of the people who have been misleading, dishonest, or flat out lied to me at eVGA, unfortunately that list would be very long and I’ve only recently begun recording names.

Overall, my experience with this company can be summarized as dealing with a company that has great potential, only to be ruined by a single (or few) poorly run department(s), lacking communication and organization, with a bunch of immature deviants on the phones thinking it’s hilarious that they can (TRY TO) take full advantage of customers, all the while, representing the respectable men who own and run eVGA.

As with anything, results may varry. Best of luck to you.

I too think they have poor customer service on the telephone. They were pretty rude whenever I had to call in and sounded like they didn't really care, as if they had something better to do. LoL... but I always got my problem solved.

I still think the Majority of us are still eVGA Fans, but I miss being an MSI user, but they don't let me save money like eVGA.
