EVGA or BFG 6800gt?

With all the bullcrap Best buy is pulling and what not, should I wait for Best Buy to get some 6800gts in or go and order a 6800gt from evga.com? Either way they're going to be the same price after shipping/taxes.
Evga is like 430 with 2nd day shipping, best buy is like 428 with taxes and 6 shipping.

Should I risk buying it from bestbuy.com and hope I don't go through what some people have gone through or go with evga?
 
i prefer bfg you could try from there store chumbo.com or else the evga card is about the same thing but without the lifetwime warrenty.
