Hello,
I just purchased a 2GB kit of Kingston HyperX (KHX3200AK2/2G) RAM for my evga NF41. It is rated to run 2-3-2-6 1T at 2.6v. I set the timings in BIOS and, after experiencing memtest instability, upped the voltage to 2.75. I could then run memtest and prime95 for hours with no errors.
The problem is with World of Warcraft. I'm getting intermittent crashes to desktop with an error "selected memory location could not be read". I never got that error before installing the new RAM so it must be related.
Does the NF41 not support 1T RAM? If so, how much performance will I lose by changing to 2T?
Thanks,
mario64
