EVGA has really gone down the tubes haven't they

FYI, they've always treated me good. They were quick in my step-up from 7800GT to 7900GT, and when my 7900GT failed not to long ago (a month or two?) they made it right and sent me a 7950GT. I never bother calling them though, I just do all my stuff on their forums and then do the RMA form online, and they always take care of me quick.
 
Thank you guys for posting your positive experiences with evga so that people dont think that evga is full of bad RMAs...:D
 
And I admit that I was being a little unfair earlier. Certainly my bad experience doesn't weigh on EVGA as a whole, I was just really pissed off...
 
I am having a nightmare RMA right now, and by nightmare I mean it. Saving grace? RussianHAXOR. He has help a TON!! I cant thank you enough.

Even tho this has been frustrating as all hell, as long as you know there is light at the end of the tunnel you can deal with it. So here is my salute to you and Joe Darwin.
