Is that a great card for the price? It's a ONE DAY SALE right now, I wonder what the price will be tommorow on it?

I'm currently running this system.

AMD 1700+
K7S5A Mobo :(
120 gig WD JB
384 MB RAM
MX420 VID :(

Will this card help my system out A LOT? I know I need to upgrade my memory I'll do that next.

These are a few problems that I am having with games.

  1. With lots of action, it gets choppy
  2. I cannot use the BEST video option on games.

Yes, that is a good price, but if you have the game already get the BFG 5900NU for $185. No game, but better memory.
 
NU is much better IMO and the BFG is just about gaurenteed to run at ultras and maybe 5950U's speeds
