I bought a 7900GS about 2 months ago with my new system...(I know dumb move considering how good the 8800 is...) Anyway I have more money now and would like to take advantage of the step up program hat EVGA has, but I can't get to there website! Seriously, for like 2 weeks it hasn't worked. Has anyone else noticed this or just me...Anyone know what is going on?

The site works for me. For some reason parts of the site will lock up IE7 and cause it to stop working on my Vista pc up but no probs at all with Firefox.

Works for me, what browser are you using?

On a side note. If you did not register the card within the first 30 days with EVGA you dont get the step up or lifetime warranty.

Also you will have to pay MSRP if you try to step-up, meaning the 8800gts will cost you around $400 most likely. You would be better off selling it and buying the one from ZZF for $309.

$439 MSRP on the normal 8800GTS 640. $299 MSRP on the 320 (On backorder though)

Yeah OUCH! Sell that other card if you want to upgrade....

Step-up only really works if you want to upgrade to a newly released card (in this case the Ultra).

I have problems getting to the EVGA site if I use my proxy. turn your proxy setting in IE off.

It looks fine for me, but i only use Firefox. I will have someone look at this issue.

I flushed my DNS but to no avail....hmmm....

Well like we stated above, you won't want to step-up as the MSRP and retail price have an over $100 difference. Just sell your card and buy one for $309 from ZZF vs $439 or whatever from Evga.

Where are you located btw so we can try and figure out why the website won't load for you.

If you are having issues with the site please email me the information about your ISP so I can work with our ISP to find out the problem.

Thanks,
Joe Dariwn
