Ran it already, no problems so far. Finally, everything I'm using to read temps is reporting the same temps. That and the dead auxilliary fan headers are the only trouble I've had.

For the fan headers, can you please try setting the speeds to manual in BIOS? Also, make sure to enable the VREG fan.

I don’t use the fan headers, but yes, your advice seems to work. Had to check just for fun.

What I did find was suddenly no event log errors, even the ones I could duplicate at will.

I should have checked the device enumerator settings before updating the bios, but I did notice a number of re-detect devices on the initial boot after flash, prior to clearing the CMOS.

Also, I notice faster boot times, especially a shorter delay in the “Welcome” screen while using MY over clock settings.

Just some initial findings.

can anyone confirm if the ps/2 keyboard beeping issue has been resolved?
update: nevermind reading the thread points out that it still hasn't been fixed :-( (u would think that a major flaw like that would have graeter priority)

quit using a ps2 keyboard/mouse. This is 2007, geeezus.

PS2 mouse has always been smoother for me. Higher sample rate I believe.
