Hi all. I have a eVGA 9800GTX+. I'm using stock clocked speeds on everything. The only thing I bumped up was the fanspeed to 60% with RivaTuner. Lately, I have been getting some texture corruption in games (WoW and BF2) as seen in this photo.

I can usually minimize the games and restore it and everything looks fine. Lately since I've been playing BF2 more, it been happening more frequently. Even going so far as to lock up sometimes. I don't believe its been running to hot. Idle is lower 40C's and in games depending on the action, upper 40c's to lower 60c's. CPU has been within 29C idle to 38-40c load.
Not really sure where to go from here. Ran memtest 86+ over night and got no errors on the RAM. I've been running ATI Tool and BurnIt but have yet to get any errors. eVGA gave me a few options to test, most of which I have mention already. They also said "Once in, you need to look for the output on +12V, if it is 11.95 or below, that can be the cause of your artifacting." Mine was showing 12.35.
Any other ideas? This is pretty much a copy and paste from what I posted on the eVGA forums but I added a few more details since posting there.
I have included some extra pics and a DxDiag text just in case.
