i was wondering what kinda of oc could i run w/ stock cooling right now i have used the nvidia control panel to oc it to 756mhz and memory at 1026mhz... seems like it could go faster but i dont want to ruin it...... anyone else have the same/similar card oc'd on stock cooling if so what do you have it set at

Seems to be a lot of variation in the cards. Some people get over 800 on the core and 2000 on the shaders, I'm getting 750 and 1850. Most cards top out the memory about 1100 (2200 DDR). Set the fan to a fixed speed (about 60% is still really quiet) and you'll help your temps out a lot.
i have my fan speed set at 65% and i still cant hear it over my two case fans....i probably need to replace those with some high cfm fans since they are generic ones (two 120mm blue led fans).... tho they seem to do the job and i seem to have negitive pressure in my case cause the vga vent and the side vent both draw in smoke when ever i am smoking around it... course i try to keep the crap away but theres always time between cod4 maps to get a lil high goin 
btw my local pc shop has an open box Tuniq T-120-LFB 120mm Cooler for $10 i was thinkin bout picken up today.... guy said all the parts were there just someone had brought it back cause it didnt fit their case should i risk it and pick it up?
