EVGA 680i SE problem

I just purchased a new 680i and a c2d and was having a problem, when I turn the power on in the back of the power supply i get a blue led, which I assume is normal. I press the power button, it gives about a half sec sound of it trying to come on (sounds liek the cpu fan spins) and then gives me a yellow led.
The EVGA manual is no help as it lists led codes as numbers, (mine has no numbers, that at least turn on)
any ideas what a yellow led would mean?

do you have the 8 pin 12v connector plugged in? if you board has a connection for a molex on it (my evga 6801 a1 does), do you have it connected?
 
Take out the mobo's battery and leave it out for 30 minutes...Then try to power it up again.
 
You might try posting in the EVGA forums. More likely to get one of their tech guys there, though a few do come around here as well. Try with one stick of RAM?
 
Make sure its the board is mounted right, when installing my 680i me being a noob installed it right to the case, no risers or spacers or anything. It made a burning smell when I tried to turn it on. I installed the spacers and by some miracle its working now...
