Evga 6800gt question...

I have the 6800gt with stock cooler fan speed set at 25% in rivatuner because i cant stand the loud whiny ass fan ramping up in 3d mode. Can i leave it at this setting without doing any damage to the card? It gets upto 95c when running rdthdrbl for 15 minutes, i know this is an intense test and games would be lower but its just an idea how high its getting. Ive thought about better cooling and quieter fans but to tell you the truth i dont want put anymore money into this aging 2 year old system. I plan on getting a new pc within 6 months to a year will the card last that long without crapping out on me, i just cant stand the fan ramping up
