eVGA 6800GT ok?

At the moment, the eVGA 6800GT is selling for only $359 on newegg. Other PCI-Express 6800GT cards are at least $30 to $100 more expensive. Is there anything wrong with the eVGA? (Bad capacitors!?) I know it uses the stock cooler, but people seem to have had acceptable overclock results with that and the MSI uses the same cooler yet costs $412. So what gives?
 
No. I've got two, both overclock extremely well and I've never had any issues with them. I work as a service tech and I've installed many brands of video card, eVGA's quality compared to other 6800 makers is very good. Only BFG seems to come close to or equals eVGA's quality.
