I picked it up for 280 at newegg. Its my 3rd card first was a PNY 4600 second was a PNY 5600. I hated PNY could never oc them. The 5600 was just horrible. A 4600 with direct x9. Im to impressed by this card im running at 400/850 and I havent even pushed her yet. Thats one heck of a oc for a guy that cant even get his 2.5P4 past 3Ghz. What a great line I can only guess how well the ultra versions will be. If I can push the chip to the ultras stock speed only thing this card is lacking 256 mbs of the DDR3 plus 4 extra pipes. Since 2002 I said im a Nvidia man...02-03 were some dark times. But Nvidia has pulled it off this time.
