Does anyone have any good comparisons of performance between the EVGA GTX570 025-P3-1579-AR with 2560mb and the other EVGA 1280mb GTX570 cards?

Thanks

without any of the information you are asking for I would tell you that the extra ram wouldn't make a difference on normal scenarios and here's why;

By the time you exceed the ram on the 1280mb card and go beyond that you would run out of gpu horsepower and your performance would be affected anyway. Rare occasions where your using around 1500 MB like a GTX 580 or 480 would be at 2560x1600. So I would consider the 2560mb card only if your gaming on 25x16 or higher of a resolution. If your using a single 25x16 display then it may allow for one extra AA level on some few applicatons whereas 99% of the time the extra ram will do nothing for you.

My honest opionion is the 2560mb cards are useful if your using tri SLi and nv surround resolutions. For single monitor scenarios I'd simply get a single GTX 580 1.5GB which isn't much more expensive these days over a 2.5GB GTX 570.
