• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

didnt know where to post this but i dont have my os yet but was woundering if i can put togeather my computer to test the components to see if they work(to see if i have to RMA anything) or post i guess

Yeah, you can put everything together and it will work without an OS. You should be able to get beep codes from the mobo, or if everything works properly, get in to the BIOS to make sure it's recognizing everything. Can't do much else other than that though...

You COULD also boot a Linux image off USB. It's not Windows, but you could test every use-case except for 3D games. There are painless automated USB boot tools that only require that you download the distro, and point them to where you have it on your hard drive. I would recommend Linux Mint.

I'm assuming jaredmahkovtz has another working computer in the house, or would not be posting here :D
