Everyday Stable Volts

So I'm overclocking my e8400 on a p5q pro board with 4gbs of g.skill DDR 800 ram. I'm wondering what the safe voltages for my cpu would be for everyday usage. I've had it stable at 3.8 with:

vcore-1.3125v (1.29 in cpuz)
GTL reference - auto
cpu pll voltage - auto
fsb Termination - 1.34
dram voltage - 2.0 (stock is 1.8-1.9)
NB voltage 1.36
sb voltage -auto
pcie sata voltage - auto

My temps seam just fine. Core temp and everest read 37c idle and 52c load under prime 95. The bios and realtemp read 3.2c idle and 47c load, I'm not sure which I should believe as there is a constant 5c difference. The voltage I'm most worried about is the fsb termination as it seams very high. Will 1.34v be ok to run on everyday use? When I lower it my system becomes unstable. How high can I take my NB voltage, FSB term, and vcore for everyday use as I would like to hit 4ghz?

You can run up to around 1.4v VCore with your CPU. More than that and you'll have a high risk of causing serious long-term damage to the chip.
