Everest unlocking sensors?

A strange thing happens where MBM doesn't sense one of my fans until I open up everest. After everest reads the fan speed, MBM starts monitoring that fan.

Anyone else have this happen?

Also, everest seems to have my motherboard temp confused with CPU temp.
