Forbes is reporting that European Union investigators are urging Neelie Kroes to formally file charges against Intel.

Intel already has an antitrust lawsuit pending in Denver in the United States, which is expected to go to trial in 2009. South Korea and Japan have also been investigating Intel on antitrust charges. "As far as image is concerned I think Intel has already taken a knock.
