Hello

My ultrabook doesnt have ethernet slot, can you point me to an amazon uk link of an adaptor that will accept ethernet cable and send it to my ultrabook via usb?

So that I can connect to the internet from my ultrabook to my landline

Well I am not sure

These are usb-to-ethernet and not ethernet-to-usb

I am not sure if they are supposed to makey ultrabook have internet from the ethernet cable

Or if they just connect my ultrabook as a network device to a loca network via ethernet

not.sure.if.serios

they only go one way it turns the USB port on your computer into an ethernet port
 
you can use a router.connect the landline cable to the router n access internet on the ultrabook via wifi.
