I have tried some methods of copying a guest to another computer. The problem is that i don't get alla the settings from the guest.
Is there some way in ESXi that i can copy a guest and all the settings?
The settings i am talking about is number of cpu's, memory, mac-adress etc.

Export as OVF template, then deploy that template to the new place. That'll keep everything but MAC addy. For that, you'd just want a copy of the previous vmx file.
