ESXi CLI command for CPUs installed

Is there a command I can issue from the console of an ESXi box to determine:

1. How many physical CPUs are installed
2. How much memory is installed in each slot.

Need to upgrade a server but can't take it offline to open it up!

Thanks in advance. This is ESXi 5.5 by the way.
