ESXi 5 Reset

So everytime my ESXi 5 server reboots it goes back into evaluation mode and I have to setup all my VMs again. The interesting thing is most of my settings are retained (passthroughs, but not keys) but not all of them. Is my USB drive possibly failing? Any one else have this happen to them? Thanks.
 
I reinstalled esxi back on the same usb stick with no problem and have reset it a few times over the last few days with no problem. Something must of got corrupted on esxi.
