Essential Utilities and Apps to keep on your USB flash drive

I'm trying to figure out what are some essentials that are always good to have handy on a flash drive.

Right now, I just have RoboForm's Pass2Go for logging into sites, but that's about it.

What do you guys have?

I tried that, but most the machines I use already have firefox or are so outta date theres no point in using usb anything on them.

I got a folder full of small utilites for everything thinkable just waiting to be copied over.
