Just jumped back into ESO since release when some friends stopped playing to go play wow. Been having a good time with it.
However I am having low FPS issues.
System is a 2500k @ 4.8GHz, went to 5.0GHz and little to no difference seen
2x GTX970s SLI
1920x1080
Vsync off
Settings is Ultra preset
Bloom and depth of field off
Shadows and water reflection at high.
View distance 100
In open world I am anywhere from 60-90fps however sometimes dipping into 40fps. However in dungeons 100at all times, as though it was locked there.
Changed settings and no real difference in FPS. Both cards at about 30% load.
If windows full screen one core will max while 3 are super low. If full screen all 4 cores are about medium load. No real difference in FPS either way.
I am guessing the CPU is to blame, cant process enough data to utilize more of the GPU's? Thoughts?
